The Transcreener UDP2 Glycosyltransferase Assay is a single step, homogenous, fluorescent assay for the detection and screening of UDP-producing enzymes. Direct detection of UDP with a fluorescence intensity (FI) readout provides a safe, HTS-compatible alternative to cumbersome radioassays and is more sensitive and less subject to interference than coupled assay methods This kit contains detection reagents for 200 assay wells in a 96-well format. The assay is designed for HTS, Hit-to-Lead, SAR, and general discovery and can be used with any plate reader that measures fluorescence intensity.
